Nidya Gutierrez received her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles. Nidya is admitted to practice law in the state of California.
Prior to joining ZLG, Nidya was a member of the trial team at a plaintiff’s firm that litigates complex cases. She previously served as federal judicial extern for the Honorable André Birotte Jr., a district court judge for the Central District of California. During law school, Nidya externed for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF), a leading civil rights organization, where she worked on impact litigation and class action cases.
