In re: Amazon Return Policy Litigation
Amazon claims its return process is easy, but our investigation revealed that Amazon is not living up to its end of the bargain. Instead, Amazon has been not issuing refunds and re-charging consumers for returned items claiming that it had not received the return, even when its own records showed it had received the return. Our nationwide class action seeks to hold Amazon accountable to its own policies and secure refunds for its customers.
The Western District of Washington District Court found Zigler Law Group and its co-counsel "have extensive experience litigating consumer class action cases with great success" and are "best suited to represent the interest of the class" in appointing them interim class counsel in February, 2024. Since then, ZLG has filed a detailed consolidated complaint, opposed Amazon's motion to dismiss and requested extensive discovery from Amazon.
